Our measurement SCOOT game (write the room) is a classroom favourite and perfect for reinforcing the concept of Measuring length.
I love incorporating scoot games into my lessons and so do my students. They are a quick and effective tool for pre-assessing my students knowledge or tracking their growth in a fun and engaging way. Scoot games can be used as a whole class activity or small groups. My class particularly love when I hide the task cards around the room. They have a blast scooting around the room looking at the length and recording their answers on their scoot sheet.
This activity will keep your students engaged, active and having fun while showing what they know about measuring length!
