Our CVC words SCOOT game (write the room) is a classroom favourite and perfect for reinforcing the concept of CVC words.
I love incorporating scoot games into my lessons and so do my students. They are a quick and effective tool for pre-assessing my students knowledge or tracking their growth in a fun and engaging way. Scoot games can be used as a whole class activity or small groups. My class particularly love when I hide the task cards around the room. They have a blast scooting around the room looking at the pictures and recording their answers on their scoot sheet.
